Overpriced and portions have gotten very small recently. The kids cup doesn’t even fill up a half of the cup. I spent nine dollars on ice cream for my five year-old and they say if I want enough ice cream for a kid then I should spend more money and buy a larger adult size. Not worth it! We can go anywhere else if we are looking for a fair price and value. Since the response says that I did not clarify what was ordered, take a close look at the one piece of Kitcat that cost $1.50 and the mini marshmallows that cost $1.50. Oh, that’s right you can’t see the mini marshmallows because there are so few of them, but that is the correct price for the quantity of toppings. This is further example of what I mean by bad value. Tiny quantity of food for high price, this is a bad value, no matter what way you look at it. I don’t know how I can give a more clear picture. A kids cup should at least be enough for a young kid. I have never seen a serving of ice cream this small for a kid. The serving size is not “to my liking” because it is substantially smaller than anything I have seen ever before at Cold Stone or any other ice cream shop.

Gabriel and Miryam were fantastic! They welcomed us with a great big smile and offered us to try some samples. Because of them I had something new and different. They were truly professional and very gracious. They have beautiful personalities and are well suited for your business. They are an asset to ColdStone. You both ROCK!!

Mauricio took care of me and helped me and he was amazing! I wasn’t sure what I wanted right away and he was very patient and then made what I wanted with haste! He was very nice and professional and carried that all the way through the interaction! He’s a great asset to have! Definitely recommend! (:
